Harbour Towne Inn is a small exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least fourteen days prior to your arrival for a full refund. If you cancel with 14 days, you will be responsible for the cost of the entire stay. If we can resell your room, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund for those rooms sold. Early departure: We reserve the right to charge guests for any remaining nights if an early departure is required. If we can resell your room, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund for those rooms sold. An advanced deposit equal to one night's stay or half your rate, plus 9% lodging tax is charged to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your balance is due upon arrival at the inn (travelers checks or cash are also accepted then).
All cancellations and date changes are subject to a $30 processing fee.
We do not guarantee a certain room for one-night reservations.
As an independently owned and operated inn- each reservation is made for specific dates, room(s), and number of guests, and we are expecting you!
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, Penthouse Suite, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call Innkeepers at 1.207.633.4300 to make arrangements. While we love to meet all of our guests when they arrive, sometimes we need to make other arrangements. We often have requests for earlier check in and if possible we will gladly do this for a fee.
Check-out: 10:00 AM. We often have requests for later check out and if we can accommodate this we will gladly do this for a fee.

Harbour Towne Inn is a NON-SMOKING, no vapping on property inside and out, and your complete cooperation is expected. The breezes from the harbor mean that smoke always finds its way indoors, so we do not have outdoor smoking areas. Our mission is to do our very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the Inn or on the grounds. The use of any item that burns such as candles or incense is not permitted. Guests are kindly reminded that a $500.00 charge may be incurred for smoking, vapping abatement/clean-up. Please take care and secure all valuables. Management is not responsible for theft, accident or injury to guests or friends on the grounds of the Inn.

Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements. We can accommodate well-behaved guests age 12 and older. Guests must be responsible for all children, visitors and/or friends while on the property, including waterfront, dock and float facility.
Guest Parking in our private off street lot accommodates one automobile per room/unit, and parking is free of charge for one vehicle.
Damage Fee In the rare event that a room or contents are damaged due to guest negligence, we reserve the right to assess a cleaning or repair/replacement fee equal to that needed to resolve the issue.
There will be a $50.00 lost key charge and/or if your key is not returned upon checkout.
