With a passion for cooking and a dream to be by the water I was led here.
After selling a successful food establishment in my native Connecticut I knew it was time to move on.
I was entranced by the natural beauty of this area and the opportunity to provide "Good Old Fashioned Home Cooking" to the many townspeople and visitors alike.
I really enjoy seeing people enjoy good food. There's a lot of food out there, but not a lot of it is good. It is such a satisfying feeling watching people enjoy something you prepared with passion, savoring every bite, smiling, gesturing and giving you back an empty plate.
