A minimum deposit of one day's charges per room is required on all 1 to 3 day stays, with a minimum deposit of 33% of total charges for longer stays. Deposits must include state tax. Deposits apply to last day(s) of stay.
CANCELLATIONS: 14 days (28 days Penthouse) advance notice excluding scheduled arrival date at the Inn is required for return of any deposit on cancellations. There will be a $25.00 ($50.00 Penthouse) cancel charge for each room/unit.
Packages may not be available during certain holidays, weekends and special events; please inquire.
All prices are subject to 7% Maine rooms tax.

Most guest rooms have a flowered deck or patio area adjacent to the rooms overlooking the beautiful inlet and/or harbor.

Use of our own dock and float system.
Use of our seating areas.
Dinner each night at an area restaurant of your choice, featuring authentic Maine "downeast recipes" and fine dining.
Complimentary buffet Continental breakfast.
Restaurants, deep-sea fishing, boating, theatre, shops, biking, all sports, etc. are but a 2-5 minute scenic walk or drive away.
